Via a pressure shaft approximately 2.5 km long with a drop of 837 meters, water from the Sanetsch reservoir flows into the Pelton turbine at the Innergsteig power station. With a nominal capacity of 18 MW, the turbine produces 40 GWh of clean, renewable electric power annually.
